The TC 65 is the natural next step for kids graduating from an automatic or electric-powered mini bike, with a real gearbox and a light, Formula hydraulic clutch that keeps the biting point consistent and easy to learn on. Bodywork adjusts across two heights to suit growing riders, WP suspension is fully adjustable for genuine comfort, and race-proven parts — DS clutch, Formula brakes, Twin Air filter — round out a machine built for serious track use.

Style

Bodywork

Clean, sleek bodywork is scaled down from the full-size machines while keeping the same proven ergonomics. Larger contact points let young riders grip the bike tighter with their legs for better control, and a flat seat profile gives room to move freely.

Airbox

Removing and refitting the air filter is genuinely simple, accessible by hand once the quick-release seat comes off, with a fail-proof snap-lock mount keeping dirt out of the intake tract. A large-surface-area Twin Air filter maximises airflow into the engine.

Handlebars & grips

High-quality aluminium handlebars with a black anodised finish cut vibration and boost stability. A wide bend improves comfort and body positioning, while thin-diameter ODI grips give young riders a heightened level of control.

Fuel tank

A sleek, slim fuel tank fits neatly onto the frame inside the ergonomic bodywork, holding 3.5 litres.

Handling

Adjustable ergonomics

Multiple adjustment options let the TC 65 suit riders of different heights and preferences — handlebars mount in four positions, the rear shock repositions from its standard ‘high’ setting to a lower one, and the subframe and bodywork install in two different positions for genuinely tailored ergonomics.

Frame

A chromium-molybdenum steel frame delivers precise geometry and flex for a genuinely sharper ride. Following a proven design, the shock isn’t connected to the upper frame tube, reducing transferred energy for greater stability, while textured frame protectors enhance control and shield the dark blue metallic powder coat from wear.

Subframe

A hybrid subframe combines glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide with two steel bars for a genuinely lightweight, durable design that plays a real part in the bike’s outstanding handling. It’s also height-adjustable for ergonomics tailored to each rider.

Forged triple clamps

Forged triple clamps keep the forks perfectly aligned for smooth, uncompromised performance from the WP suspension. The upper clamp is designed to keep dirt and water away from the steering bearings, extending service intervals, while the clamps overall offer calculated flex without giving up stability.

WP forks

35mm WP XACT-USD forks bring the latest suspension tech to the TC 65 — lightweight yet genuinely comfortable, with 205mm of travel. An air spring in the left leg adjusts easily with the supplied pump for a set-up tailored to any rider.

WP shock

Connecting directly to the swingarm, the WP XACT shock runs race-tested settings for excellent damping. Preload, high- and low-speed compression, and rebound are all adjustable, so the shock can be tailored to any rider.

Swingarm

A hollow die-cast aluminium swingarm, machined from a single piece for optimal stiffness, pairs with a 14mm rear axle to match the frame’s flex characteristics, while the chain guard and slider keep mud from building up.

Motor

Engine

Built with the latest two-stroke technology, the TC 65 is a genuinely competitive machine. Its standout feature is a pressure-controlled exhaust valve for top-level performance, backed by a manual six-speed gearbox, a reliable hydraulic clutch and a BRISK spark plug — all built from the lightest, most durable materials available.

Cylinder & piston

A lightweight, durable aluminium cylinder houses a Pressure Controlled Exhaust Valve that gives young riders a genuine performance edge.

Transmission

Gear ratios developed specifically for the TC 65 go into this six-speed gearbox, built through a proven production process for real durability.

Carburetor

A proven 24mm Mikuni carburettor is precisely jetted to maximise performance, keeping the TC 65 running clean right across its rev range.

Exhaust system

The exhaust system genuinely boosts TC 65 performance — internal welding seams are removed for unrestricted gas flow and maximum power, a laser-cut flange gasket ensures a perfect seal, and a tighter end-cap seal on the silencer wears a black anodised finish.

DS clutch

Full-size motorcycle clutch technology brings genuine durability to the TC 65’s DS clutch, housed in a steel basket with springs that continuously compensate for wear. Paired with a FORMULA hydraulic clutch, the action stays consistent every time.

Parts

Brakes

Formula hydraulic brake callipers pair with a 198mm waved front disc and 180mm waved rear disc for genuinely confidence-inspiring, reliable braking, with a forged rear brake pedal — sharing its tip design with the full-size machines — adding extra control.

Radiators

Two radiators, sharing the same design as Husqvarna’s full-size motocross machines, keep things cool with simplified hose routing and strong protectors for real durability, finished with a threaded radiator cap for easy coolant checks.

Wheels & tyres

Lightweight aluminium hubs are laced to black anodised aluminium rims with strong spokes for a genuinely reliable set of wheels, wrapped in Maxxis Maxxcross MX-ST tyres for excellent traction and predictability across varied surfaces.
